CI Suicide Attention Training October 2023

The Compassionate Inquiry Suicide Attention training offers a certificate of completion at the end, based on live attendance at 6 out of 10 sessions.

It consists of 25 hours of live sessions (10 weekly modules of 2.5 hours each, with an additional 10th session for integration and questions), extensive handouts of the slides presented after each session and recordings of the sessions that can be accessed for unlimited time after the completion of the training.

MODULE TWO: Seeing the Clients in their Context -Using Bio Psycho-Social Lens

MODULE THREE: The Importance of Stabilization -Why this focus is important when working with suicidal distress and how to support your client in this process. PTSD and suicide

MODULE FOUR: Mapping Their Triggers: Building an understanding as to the function of suicidal thoughts. Ace’s, PCE and resilience

MODULE FIVE: Suicide and the unmet needs: Authenticity and Attachment. Working With Core Beliefs

MODULE SIX: Working with Shame: Recognizing Shame States and Supporting clients to move towards Connection and Compassion.

MODULE SEVEN: Integrating the Suicidal Part and Bring Back into Wholeness -the IFS Approach

MODULE EIGHT: Supporting Parents of a Suicidal Teen.

MODULE NINE: Supporting Parents of a Suicidal Teen.
 
MODULE TEN: Integration module, with an open space for bringing case studies or questions.

Cancellation Policy

This is an experiential program with a limited number of spaces available.

Since a space is reserved for you when you register and pay, there are no refunds available for this course 14 days prior to the start date, and thereafter. No exceptions. If you request a refund 15 or more days before the start date, it will be granted, minus a $250 CAD admin fee.
