Live Information Session

February 21, 2026 | 11:00 a.m.–12:30 p.m. (ET, Toronto) | Live Online
Hosted by Sat Dharam Kaur ND

Join us for a free live introduction to Compassionate Inquiry®, a trauma-informed, awareness-based approach developed by Dr. Gabor Maté and Sat Dharam Kaur ND. Grounded in curiosity and presence, Compassionate Inquiry® invites us to explore difficult emotions not as problems to resolve but as guides—supporting deeper awareness, compassion, and inner clarity.

If you’re curious about how this approach may deepen your practice or personal growth, this session offers space to learn, ask questions, and discern which CI program may be the right next step for you.
